13 Dec 08 – DAY ONE

0830hrs – Participants start gathering at Sri Pentas, TV3

0900hrs – Official Cars Drivers’ Briefing
0915hrs – Drivers’ Safety Briefing
0930hrs – Flag off by one of Media Prima’s VIP
1130hrs – Exit Ayer Keroh Toll for lunch break (restaurant is close to the Ayer Keroh Toll exit)
1200hrs – Convoy proceeds to Johor Bahru
1445hrs – Southern convoy (15 rides) joins Central convoy at Machap R&R
1515hrs - Convoy arrives at M-Suites
1530hrs – Participants check in.
1600hrs – Protocol Briefing (An appropriate person to brief on the protocol requirements, salutations, Dos and Donts when dealing with the Johor royalty)
1630hrs - Free and Easy for participants (Do take the time to check out some of Johor Bahru’s more popular eating places)Note: Immediately after the protocol briefing, the Organizing Committee will pay a visit to Rumah Seri Kenangan to check on final preparations, engage in last minute discussions with the administrators of Rumah Seri Kenangan and finalize all the relevant logistics arrangements.
2230hrs till late – COMPULSORY DRIVERS ONLY late night Teh Tarik session at Danga Bay. This is the time when we members get to know each other especially with first timers taking part in our Club event (actual location to be advised by Southern members).
End of Day One

14 Dec 08 – DAY TWO
0830 – 0900hrs – Breakfast at Coffee House (2 pax per room)
0900hrs – Drivers’ Safety and logistics briefing plus relevant announcements
0915hrs - Participants all ready in rides
0930hrs – Convoy to Istana Pasir Pelangi (Palace of DYAM TMJ - split in batches, to be lead by Southern members)
0945hrs – Arrival of all participants at Istana Pasir Pelangi DYAM Tuanku has requested for 10 rides to enter the Istana compound. We have selected 10 members (5 from JB and 5 from Central). The rest of the 51 rides will be parked along the road outside Istana Pasir Pelangi.
1000hrs – Final convoy arrangements before leaving for Rumah Seri Kenangan. The convoy will accompany DYAM TMJ together with Police escorts. 1
030hrs – Convoy departs Istana Pasir Pelangi (led by DYAM TMJ’s entourage and escorts)
1100hrs – Arrival at Rumah Seri Kenangana. Actual flow of event will be advised – also dependant on DYAM TMJ’s timings, schedule and other protocol related ma ttersb. Activities at Rumah Seri Kenangan will include:- Participants to mingle with inmates of Rumah Seri Kenangan- Presentation of mock cheque by DYAM TMJ to caretaker/official of Rumah Seri Kenangan- Presentation of momento to DYAM TMJ by a representative of Wish Club Malaysia- Group photo session with DYAM TMJ- Light refreshments (Royal Table only)- Any other unplanned activities as dictated by DYAM TMJ
1230 - 1300hrs (estimated) – Departure of DYAM TMJ from Rumah Seri Kenangan.
1330hrs - Departure of WCM from Rumah Seri Kenangan – Official Club programme ends here.Free and Easy
2330hrs till late – Optional Late Night Gathering at hotel for all participants (actual venue to be advised)
End of Day Two

15 Dec 08 – DAY THREE
0800 – 1000hrs - Breakfast at Coffee House (2 pax per room)
1000hrs onwards – Free and Easy
1200hrs onwards – Check Out.Free and Easy/Depart for home/Participants’ individual itinerary etc
